Delivery

We will make every effort to manufacture and dispatch within 10 working days (excluding weekends) after the date of your order, although at peak times (for example the run-up to Christmas, or Valentine's Day) this may sometimes take longer. We know that often our personalised products are bought as gifts and we work even harder than normal at these peak times to deliver your order as quickly as we can!

Standard Delivery is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and is FREE, although we may use a courier at our sole discretion. We do offer a courier, Express Delivery service of 5-7 working days which is charged at £4.99 for deliveries within the UK (This service excludes weekends).

Note that the delivery time includes the manufacturing time; please order in plenty of time if your order is highly time-sensitive (e.g. a birthday gift). 

We are happy to ship outside the UK to most countries around the globe, if it is possible to do so.  Please contact us for prior arrangement; please contact us before ordering if you are outside the UK and cannot find your country of residence at the checkout.  Please also note that delivery times will increase for overseas orders and Pink Pig Personalised reserve the right to use a courier of their own choice.

Returns

We take great care and pride in our standard of manufacture and our quality control. All items are securely packaged; boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We are therefore confident that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason it does not, please notify us using the contact form within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. If you do not contact us within 72 hours we may not be able to process your claim. If your claim is that the product is damaged or has a quality problem we will use our best endeavours to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is our policy to request photographs of any damaged goods before we address the situation and correct the problem.

We regret that due to the unique and personalised nature of our products we cannot accept returns of items ordered through Pink Pig Personalised unless due to delivery damage or manufacturing quality issues. Your statutory rights of course remain unaffected.
